Annual reports give an overview of the work of the council at the end of each council year.
These reports are usually presented by Councillors at the Annual Meeting of Electors. The Annual Reports contain an address from the Mayor and a summary of the work of each committee, set out by the relevant committee chairmen. A report is given on the community grants awarded in the year, the income and expenditure of the town council, outside organisations with representatives from the council, and an overview of the staff.
