Making of Definitive Map Modification Order
Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 – Section 53

The abovementioned Order was made by Cornwall Council on 17 November 2022. As required by Schedule 15 Paragraph 11(1), (2) and (3) to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Cornwall Council hereby gives notice of the making of the order. Copies of the required notice, Order and a statement of reasons explaining why the Council has made the Order are attached.
Representations or Objections to the order must be sent in the prescribed form, set out in the notice, to Cornwall Council no later than 12 January 2023.
