Cornwall Council is committed to dealing with aspects of anti-social behaviour and, working with St Ives Town Council hereby gives notice of the intention to make a Public Spaces Protection Order under section 59 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (“the Act”).
The activities which the PSPO seeks to regulate are;
a. The stationing of advertising boards or other structures being used as such;
b. Soliciting or touting for business and the distribution of free literature;
c. Loitering for the purposes of hair braiding or applying henna tattoos.
