Cornwall Council’s 2020 Dog Control Orders are:
Dogs are not allowed on the following beaches between the following dates and times
15 May – 30 September 10am – 6pm
Carbis Bay, Porthmeor and Porthminster
1 July – 31 August 10am – 6pm
St Ives Harbour and Porthgwidden
Breaches of this order can be a fixed penalty notice of £100
St Ives Town Council asks that you please respect others, our beaches and town by:
– Clearing up after your dog
– Walking your dog at low tide and on the sand that will be cleaned by the sea
– Keeping your dog on its lead at all times
