Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. By letting us know:
- what you think
- when we are doing a good job or
- when you think we could do better
You are helping to improve the Council for everybody.
We aim to provide our customers with good services, but sometimes things go wrong. When this happens, we want you to tell us so that we can try and put things right.
Before you report any issue to us please make sure it is not something that Cornwall Council should be dealing with. See the list on the right to check who you should report it to. The list also contains links to help you find the right place on the Cornwall Council website.
If you think it is something the Town Council is responsible for or you would like to tell us about, please use the form below.
Cornwall Council is unitary authority for Cornwall and is responsible for most of the infrastructure and services, for examples:
- Council Tax and business rates
- Planning
- Dog Fouling
- Housing
- Street, Transportation and Highways maintenance – such as potholes
- Refuse and Recycling
- Licensing, business support
- Adult care and children’s services
Their online reporting tools are very effective and easy to use.
