The Guildhall Concert Hall is available for bookings for a range of events

The Guildhall is a beautiful 1930’s hall with a sprung floor, grand piano and incredible acoustics.

It has hosted a number of wonderful events including sell out shows for the September Festival, concerts, theatre performances and conferences.

The St Ives Guildhall can be hired for events, markets, concerts, functions, weddings, receptions, shows, etc.

  • Discounts are available for frequent bookings (10% for block bookings of six or more sessions, or organisations hiring at least once a week throughout the year)
  • Concessions (there will be a 25% discount on the Standard rate for charitable events, not for profit community and sports groups and educational events) upon application.

Concert Hall Hire and Room Bookings 2019/20 rates

Hall – General Hire
Morning (9am to 1pm) or afternoon session (1pm to 5pm) £85
Evening 5pm to midnight £220
All day (9am to midnight) £260
Rehearsal (hourly rate) – office hours £25
Rehearsal (hourly rate) – other times £50
Hourly rate after midnight (no concessions) £75
Bar (no concessions) £100
Kitchen – use for teas and coffees for occasional users £50
Kitchen other hires – use of kitchen and crockery £100
Refundable deposit for use of Hall/Kitchen/Crockery (no concessions) £200

Daily Hire £180
Occasional Foyer only use (Community) £25
Occasional Foyer only use (Commercial) £40

Hall – Concerts/Live Events
5pm to midnight £220
Hourly rate before 5pm (by agreement) £10
Hourly rate after midnight (by agreement and no concessions) £75

Hourly rate before 9am and after 5pm £10
