RFQ-StIves-0005-2022 Request for Quotation – high level roof and associated works, St Ives

The Town Council owns and manages the St Ives Library and following a detailed survey work is required to replace the roof. This will be a like for like replacement with dry lay slate. The building is a heritage asset but is not listed. The high level works will require scaffolding and associated street works licence. Bidders are asked to read the detailed guidance and submit documents including a proposed approach to the specification, completion of a quality questionnaire and form of tender and risk and method statement.
