Our Buildings
Our building portfolio consists of a wide variety of spaces from concert spaces, sport halls and intimate rooms perfect for a family function, to commercial property suitable for both long and short term leases.
All our property is located in and around St Ives. Our buildings are some of the oldest most recognisable in the town and we are proud of the building heritage the Council has built up over the years and it is something we are working to preserve for future generations.

Guildhall Improvement Programme
The Council owns a number of historic buildings and managing and maintaining them requires significant resources. The Guildhall’s concert hall dates from the late 1930s and is one of the largest performance venues in Cornwall. The Council’s vision is to return the hall to its former glory, hosting an all year programme of live performance and events. It is also modernising facilities and equipment through a combined investment programme of capital and funding from the Town Deal.

Rental Space
We manage a wide variety of spaces that are available to rent by the public. From allotments, meeting and event spaces to retail units and commercial office space we have a long history of managing space for St Ives Town’s folk to work, learn and party in.
