St Ives Town Council makes use of external suppliers to deliver design, marketing, communications and related professional services. It is seeking to establish a public sector procurement framework of companies willing to enter into a longer term arrangement. This will enable us to place orders for work with pre-approved suppliers without the need for a full tender process in every case. It is the intention of the Council to award a contract to suppliers who score well against price and quality criteria.
