CONTRACT AWARDED: Request for Quotations: StIves-RFQ-00010-24: Roof replacement and associated works, Old Fire Station, St Andrews Lane, St Ives, TR26 2GB

St Ives Town Council is undertaking the refurbishment of an empty heritage building in the heart of St Ives – the former fire station, also known as the St John’s Ambulance building. As a first stage of the renovation, the failing slate roof will be replaced. The building is not listed, although it is attached to a listed structure and planning permission has been secured for the works.
