DELIVERY OF NOMINATION PAPERS
Nomination papers can only be submitted in person on any day after the date of this notice, but not later than 4 pm on Wednesday 1 April 2026 to the following location on the specified dates and times: –
25, 26, 30, 31 March & 1 April to the Deputy Returning Officer, Cornwall Council, 0E, County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY, between the hours of 10.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 4.00pm
27 March to the Deputy Returning Officer, Cornwall Council, Mayor’s Parlour, St Johns Hall, Alverton Street, Penzance TR18 2QR between the hours of 10.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 4.00pm

POLLING DAY
If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday 30 April 2026.
