Notice is hereby given that St Ives Town Council proposes to make the following amendment under Section 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Act.
The proposed Order will make the following amendment to the St Ives (Off Street Parking Places)(Amendment No.1) Order 2025:
Proposal
From April 2026 to vary the parking charges in the Sloop Carpark, an increase of 30p to Summer tariffs and 20p to Winter tariffs is proposed as follows.

This Notice is intended to provide an indication of the Order’s provisions. A copy of the draft Order may be inspected at St Ives Town Council’s Guildhall reception, or the Town library (check locally for opening times). Copies of this draft order Amendment No. 2 and and the original order Amendment No. 1 can also be viewed online.
