Come and see us when you are here – we’ve a wealth of information on things to do, transport to you get there, places to eat and visit, based on your interests and our local low down knowledge.

We offer left luggage service so either side of your visit, you can drop off and enjoy every minute St Ives has to offer you.

There’s plenty to be discovered inside our building, lots of the things you’d expect from a visitor centre – our shop stocks an extensive range of maps, local books, gifts and souvenirs – and some you might not…

We are also a Library and home to extensive Arts collection that includes the St Ives artists, photography, fashion and design, on our walls, shelves and in our foyer – Barbara Hepworth sculpture. We even have our own exhibition space, showcasing local artists.

We have free Wi-Fi, tables with chairs if you need a place to log in and check a few emails during your stay, little nooks and window seats set out over two floors for you settle down with a book or a chat and if you don’t have your own device, a suite of 13 computers available for you to use and printing facilities.

We manage the St Ives Box Office, so can book your tickets for live events at venues around town including the Guildhall, St Ives Arts Club, St Ia Church and all September Festival tickets.
