The 2024 gathering in addition to the Town Councillors, representatives from Cornwall Council, NHS Stennack Surgery, St Ives BID, NCI, St Ives Town Deal, the Police were in attendance.
Read 2024 the Agenda for the meeting here.
The 1972 Local Government Act requires every town and parish council to host a meeting between March and June each year, to which all their electors are invited. The meeting is open to the public and all residents of the parish St Ives, Carbis Bay, Lelant and Halsetown are entitled to raise an issue of their choice and vote at the meeting.
In recent years, St Ives has hosted the event as an annual meeting and used it as an opportunity to debate important local issues and celebrate community achievements and awards.
The Council also produces an annual review of the year, which is available as a PDF (below) or a printed copy, upon request.
