Celebrating Beltane with the May Horns and May Pole Dancing. Event organised by St Ives Rotary Club and supported by St Ives Town Council.

Approximate timings:

11:45 Community Choir to sing on the Ramp

12:00 May Queen and King chosen from the candidates – for children aged between 7 to 11 years old.

May Horns Blown

Maypole Dance by Nancledra School children accompanied by Bagas an Norvys

The Maypole is then carried to West pier

The last dance takes place at Chy an Chy (before the Sloop)

14.10 The procession is due back to the Guildhall
