St Ives Town Council is seeking expressions of interest from local organisations and businesses who may be interested in renting land above Porthmeor, previously run as the bowling green and the pitch and putt. (NB the former bowling clubhouse is not included). The initial rental period would be up to three years. Any interested party is invited to complete the proposal document and email it by no later than Monday 6th January 2025 to the following email address landandproperty@stives-tc.gov.uk
The document also sets out how the Council will evaluate any expressions of interest received. Please note that this is a formal tender process and it is possible to enter into any individual negotiations. Requests for information or clarification should be emailed by no later than midday 20th December 2024.
