Culture and Visitor Information Assistant, £19,650 to £20,043 pro rata (pay award pending)
Permanent Contract – 22 hours per week
Based at St Ives Library & Visitor Information Centre

We are looking for a positive and motivated individual to join the us to deliver excellent customer experiences. We are energising our cultural offering and the services we provide both for residents and visitors to make a meaningful contribution to our vibrant town.
About You
You will be confident in engaging with a variety of people, both local and visitors, within a retail, library and information service environment.
Customer focused and flexible, you will be part of the team delivering and supporting day to day service operations, cultural events and activities, which are delivered Monday to Sunday.
This position will involve weekend working.
