On Saturday 5th October 2024, Cornwall Pride will take to the streets of St Ives with the world’s largest Pride flag, beginning 12 noon at West Pier. Entertainment will run until 4pm at the Island Centre (re-located form Ayr Park). Please keep an eye on Cornwall Pride’s website and socials for updates.

Cornwall Pride says “There will be music and celebration as we march to show support for LGBTQ+ people in St Ives, Cornwall and around the world. Volunteer Cornwall Pride Marshals and the Police will be available to provide assistance during the march. The march aims to be civil, peaceful, safe and enjoyable for all. We are pleased to welcome a number of local organisations and their representatives who will be marching together with Cornwall Pride showing their love and support.”
The Town Council is delighted to welcome back Cornwall Pride for the penultimate march of their grand tour of Cornwall. The event is set to be another colourful celebration of their core values of UNITY, DIVERSITY and ACCEPTANCE and we look forward to seeing the community coming together to show their support.
