Civic & Community Events

St Ives is an area rich in culture and history and has preserved its cultural traditions over centuries.

The town holds a number of civic and community events throughout the year, many of which have their roots in much older customs. There is a diverse and busy calendar civic events and in recent years, festivals have also joined them including the food festival and the September Festival which is one of the longest running cultural festivals in the country.
